Biographical History
The Thomas family immigrated to Missouri from Virginia and Kentucky. They settled in Saline County,
Missouri in the middle 1800s. The record book follows William Lafayette Thomas’ family line. Members
of this family fought for the Confederacy during the Civil War. Other descendants of William Lafayette
Thomas’ family settled in Kansas and Oklahoma.

This collection consists of a family record book for the William Lafayette Thomas family. The book
