Hello Again
Perhaps I had better finish this letter I started Sat [Saturday] although I don’t know much to add
to it. Got 2 letters from you today also 1 from Mary K. Boy she really chewed me out in the last 1 I got
from her, at least I did get a longer letter. I feel awful today so I tried to sleep all morning. I have a
headache that is out of this world. My but you are getting plain spoken I really got a laugh out of it just
didn’t sound natural of you unless of course you were a little mad. No I blame you a 100 percent for it if
you had not of been with me it could never have happened. [page 2] Isn’t that right? I was so hot this
morn [morning] I would have knocked you up again if you had been around and it had been possible.
Remember 1 time up at Mary K’s and Frank’s to me that was the best time ever. Not that I didn’t like it
all the time. Even if you weren’t a virgin it is still pretty good. I have heard experience is a dear teacher,
right? Since I am a long ways away why don’t you tell me who got you before me? Sounds like you are
tomcating around quite a bit if I hadn’t married you. I bet you would sure be having a time by now
maybe even hitched. You could be having quite a time anyhow [page 3] me I would never trust any
woman especially one as hot as you seemed to be. I have been thinking of buying me a car over here
then I could tomcat around some okay with you? Just think you could never tell it and then I wouldn’t
have to be so hard up all the time. Me and another fella are thinking of going spotseeing up in Holland
for 10 days. I also want to go to England, Paris and possibly another place before I leave here next June
it will be nice to say you have seen those places! I ought to have around 30 days furlough time coming
[page 4] believe me I am going to take them to. That will be 1 less month I have to put up with this old
grind. From the sound of the paper I may have made a few more dollars if ever I get to leave the Army.
It is time for me to ring off tell all hello for me. I love you I recon [sic]

P.S. You are a beastly old bag but I sure do miss you much.
P.S.S. Do you ever get so hot you burn? not from the weather either. Pardon my 1 track mind in this
letter but...................
