Biographical History
Lorraine Anderson Schambach was the second daughter of Claude Sewell Schambach and Julia Whalen
Schambach. She had five siblings, four brothers and one sister. Her siblings’ names were Richard,
Charles, Ronald, Carl Schambach, and Lucille Grasso.
Scope and Content
This collection contains the genealogical research of Lorraine A. Schambach. Most of the content’s focus
is around the Schambach family, mostly from the early twentieth century. The collection also contains
information about families related to the Schambach family. These include the Hodson, Branson,
Ousley, Worley, and Burgess families. These families are either directly related to Lorraine Schambach
or related by marriage. Along with documents there are items belonging to the ancestors of Lorraine
