Biographical History
Silas Farmer was born on November 28, 1868 in Mayfield, Tennessee. He was a grocer and barber in
Howell County, Missouri before moving to Jackson County, Missouri. He was the Justice of the Peace for
Washington Township from 1930 to 1944. Si Farmer died on June 23, 1951 in Kansas City, Missouri.
