Magill, David
Biographical History
David Magill was born March 14, 1762 in Virginia. He married Sarah Frame on January 20, 1789.
Together they had seven children. The family were part of the first settlers to Clay County, Missouri.
David and his sons, Samuel and Caleb, were some of the first land grants holders for the county. David
died in Platte County, Missouri on December 10, 1833.

This collection consists of the family Bible for the David Magill Family. This Bible contains the family
records for births, marriages, and deaths for David, his wife Sarah Frame Magill, and their children. Also
included in this collection is a family unit chart.
