Biographical History
Price Levi Eldridge, Sr. was born on May 27, 1904 in Missouri. He married Virginia Jones. Together they
had one son, Price Levi Eldridge, Jr. The Eldridge family lived in Kansas City, Kansas where Price Sr.
worked as a laborer and Virginia worked for the Simmons Mattress Company. Price Sr. died in March
1972 and Virginia died on November 2, 2005. Virginia was buried in Kansas City, Kansas.

This collection contains photographs, personal effects, correspondence, and family history information
on Price Levi Eldridge, Sr., Virginia Eldridge, and Price Levi Eldridge, Jr. as well as various Eldridge family
members. The photographs cover Price Sr., his siblings, his parents, and other relatives. Price Sr.’s
