Drumm Farm Institute was created by Andrew Drumm in 1919 as part of his will. It was part of his

otherwise without a home. Drumm believed that living and working on a farm would help these boys
become better citizens. The Institute continued as a school and working farm well into the 20th century.
Today the institute is known as the Drumm Farm Center for Children and assists boys and girls in the
foster system.
