Hello Darling
Another day is over so before I go to sleep I will write a few lines. I was lucky today as I got 7
letters, 4 from you including 2 were [where] you kinda chewed me out a little. I will admit I needed it. I
feel like a heel but there was nothing to write about. I spent a dull weekend as I never left the
Klapdohn. I had seen the shows before I left the States and there was nothing else left to do. I actually
had my first job today I drove a 2 cyl [cylinder] DKW german truck ¾ ton. I haft [sic] to drive it the rest of
this week to. Here I come again Sat [Saturday] I leave for school down in Murnau [Murnau, Germany]
don’t change the address until you here from me [page 2] for sure. I hear it is going to be rough
inspections and what have you every day. I suppose it will be a change thou [sic] I am tired of this hole.
By the time I get back I will have a little less than a year to go. I miss you lots wish I were there with you.
Well I have run out of paper filler so will close tell all hello for me.
Love
Jr Tinder
P.S. Take care of yourself
