June, Wednesday 1
Very warm in the day but
cool in the morning Started
early for Vevay to Mary Grays
barn raising got up there a little
before nine and came back by
Dansville to see if there was a
letter form Allen but did not
get one Sent one to him
June, Thursday 2
Very warm for the season went
and fixed the fence around the
side of the wheat in the fore
noon in the afternoon cleaned
up a load of wheat Samantha
went up to Mr Poxen and I
went up there after supper to
see him about working on the
road Andrew went up to Mrs
Smiths to get a letter
